When I was eight years old, life gave me a second chance.
A rare brain tumour meant I needed life-saving surgery—something unavailable in Indonesia, where I was born. My father, determined to give me the best chance, found a way to bring me to Australia for the operation. Thanks to his efforts, the surgery was successful, and two years later, a posting in Canberra allowed my family to call Australia home.
Living in Canberra didn’t just save my life—it gave me the opportunity to build a life filled with love, connection, and purpose.
WHY I DO WHAT I DO
Today, I get to spend my days doing what lights me up: capturing the bond between pets and their people.
It all started with my heart dog, Mac. He was my companion through so much of my journey, and when I lost him, I truly understood how precious it is to hold onto memories of the ones who bring us joy.
Now, my days are filled with the pitter-patter of little paws from James, Pippa, and Rosie. Every time I pick up my camera, I think about the love I have for my own dogs and how fleeting those moments can feel. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating timeless, meaningful artwork that celebrates the bond between pets and their families.
Photography with me is more than just taking pictures; it’s about creating meaningful artwork that will become a treasured part of your home. I believe that every pet deserves to be celebrated, and every pet parent deserves to have those memories preserved in a way that brings joy every day.
Let’s create something beautiful together – not just for today, but for all the years to come.
