The Client Lounge is your go to page to find information about your session and will provide information leading up to your session.
You can always refer back to the client lounge at anytime leading up to your session and your ordering appointment. Don't forget to bookmark this page or add it to your favourites!

Our Studio is located just outside the border of Canberra in Jerrabomberra. This is where you'll come for your planning appointment, ordering appointment and if you have booked a studio session, your pet photography session.

Shoot Days:
Outdoor locations- Wednesdays to Saturdays - at Sunrise and 1-2 hours before sunset only for outdoors
Studio sessions - Tuesdays to Saturdays 10am - 3pm.
DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE TO CONFIRM YOUR SESSION
If you haven't already, please check your email and ensure that you have completed the following documents to confirm your session:
- Contract
- Questionnaire
- Book in a follow up design and planning call (via phone)
RESCHEDULE TERMS
Session Fee Terms and Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies:
Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business, Session Fees or Booking Deposit are not refundable for no shows to sessions or ordering appointments.
Cancellations for photo sessions more than five (5) business days from your appointment cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled at no cost, on one occasion only per session (additional reschedules incur a full session fee.) Cancellations within five (5) business days of your appointment cannot be refunded and a $100 rescheduling fee is required to reschedule a new appointment unless there is extenuating circumstances which must be discussed in writing.
Cancellations for Ordering Appointment more than five (5) business days from your appointment cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled at no cost, on one occasion only per session (additional reschedules incur a fee of $150 per hour (min 1 hr) (unless there’s exceptional circumstances and agreed to in writing). Please note, due to limited storage capacity, I cannot guarantee that your files will be available if the appointment is not scheduled within this time frame and no prior arrangements have been made).
In order to treat all clients equally, these terms are not negotiable and will be enforced regardless of circumstances. All of these terms are also outlined in the contract which you have signed.
