This is the best part about your experience, of course after the pet photography session itself!

This is where we will reveal the images from your session.

This guide will walk you through what to expect and how to prepare for your Ordering Appointment. If you have booked a studio session you have the option to do this immediately after your session.

YOUR HOMEWORK PRIOR TO YOUR ORDERING APPOINTMENT

1. SEND US A PHOTO OF YOUR WALL

Consider wall spaces for artworks and send me photos of your walls with an A4 paper on the wall as my software can superimpose your photo on your walls.

2. FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE ORDERING GUIDE AND POST-SESSION GUIDE

At your planning Appointment you would have received our pricing and the ordering guide via email. You can also access this from your client lounge

Please review your ordering guide and post-session guide again and familiarise yourself with the artwork options and consider how you would like to display your images.

3. GET READY TO VIEW STUNNING PHOTOS OF YOUR BELOVED PET!

If you've done the above 2 steps then you're ready for your ordering appointment! Make sure you check your time and date of the ordering appointment. The appointment will be held in my studio in Jerrabomberra. You can find the contact details here.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL I SEE THE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION?: For outdoor pet photography sessions you will view the images at your ordering appointment held around 1-2 weeks after your session. For those that have booked a studio session you have the option to do your ordering appointment immediately after your session.

Should you be unable to attend your ordering appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session. If you do not turn up you there will be a rescheduling fee.
HOW DOES THE ORDERING APPOINTMENT WORK?: Whether you view your images immediately after your session or a few weeks later, your Ordering Appointment is where you get to view all of your stunning images of your pet and decide which images you will be purchasing!

We will go through a slideshow of all the images and then go through them one at a time. This appointment will take approximately an hour however we allow for extra time should you need it.

Note the images displayed at your ordering appointment have been colour and tone correct adjusted to suit my style but full photoshop editing has only been applied to one or two images.

Any images you choose to buy will be fully edited to remove leads and other objects, additional enhancements, etc.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE ORDERING APPOINTMENT?: You just need to bring yourself and any other persons involved in the decision making process as well as your payment method.

This is a pet free appointment. We want to make sure you have the full attention to decide on your images so you won't need to bring your pet with you.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I SEE?: Every session is different, buT typically we show around 30-60 images per client.
DO I GET THE DIGITAL IMAGES?: You will get a corresponding digital file for every print or artwork you order for orders above $1,000. We do have digital packages available but there is a minimum of 5. Please see our ordering guide for more information.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?: You can view our payment options here.

We take cash, credit (including AMEX), debit, Afterpay or we can do a customised payment plan. Note for payment plans there is a 15-20% deposit required.
CAN I PURCHASE MY IMAGES AT A LATER DATE?: We only have one ordering appointment available. This session must be scheduled at the end of your session and must be held within 1 to 3 weeks of your photo session (unless there’s exceptional circumstance replace with unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Should a second ordering appointment be required, a fee of $75 per hour (min 1 hr) applies. Due to our booking schedule, if you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and a $75 fee will be required to reschedule a new appointment.

What happens to the images I do not purchase? Any unordered images will be archived 30 days after your ordering appointment and a fee of $495 will be required to retrieve them after this time. If an additional purchase of $495 or more is made, the retrieval fee will be waived.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?: With your payment in full you will receive the prints and products in 6-8 weeks. If you need your images faster than this turnaround time, please LET US KNOW. We may be able to accommodate some requests with or without a rush fee added. Your digital images may be delivered earlier through an online gallery.
WILL I NEED TO COME AND PICK UP MY PRINTS AND ARTWORK?: Most of the times, the artwork are shipped to us and we will check to ensure the artwork and prints are as they are ordered. However, if you live over 40km away, I can have your artwork directly shipped to you. Please let us know at the Ordering Appointment if you'd like them shipped!
