I'm excited to share some highlights from our monthly Sony Scene dog photography photo walks in Canberra. With three fantastic walks under our belts, we've discovered gorgeous sites, captured stunning photographs, and built a lovely community of pet photographers who all share a love of capturing the soul of our pets.
Our Amazing Locations
Yarralumla English Garden
Our first picture walk led us to the calm Yarralumla English Garden. With its groomed lawns, lovely flower beds, and lush foliage, it was the ideal setting for our dogs to shine. The gentle, natural light that filtered through the trees provided an appealing setting, allowing us to capture some very wonderful shots. The dogs enjoyed the open space to play and explore, and their happiness was visible in every photograph.
Lake Burley Griffin
Our second photo walk location was along the gorgeous beachfront of Lake Burley Griffin. The broad vistas of the lake, Canberra's renowned skyline, and playful reflections in the water made for a wonderful backdrop for our photo session. Dogs running along the shoreline, playing fetch, or simply posing against the backdrop of ocean and sky produced some stunning photographs.
One of the most satisfying aspects of our photo walks has been the sense of community we've created. Each month, more photographers join us, bringing their own perspectives. We've had the pleasure of learning from one another, exchanging ideas and techniques, and inspiring creativity in capturing the souls of our beloved pets.
As we plan our next photo stroll, I'm excited about what's ahead. We're looking at new places and creative themes to keep each event interesting and inspiring. Whether you're an experienced pet photographer or just starting out, we'd love for you to join us on our next journey.
Stay tuned for announcements on our next photo walk, and be sure to follow us on social media for the most recent news, advice, and stunning pet images. We'll continue to showcase the joy of dog photography and the special link we have with our canine companions.
